Timber Fencing Specifications

• Posts H4 Tanalised 100 x 100mm rough sawn.
• Posts are set up to 2.4m centres apart (maximum).
• All posts are set in concrete 600 - 900mm deep.
• All rails are H3 Tanalised 100 x 50mm rough sawn
• Rails are set between posts (unless otherwise requested).
• 2 rails for 1.5m, 1.2m and 0.9m high fences.
• 3 Rails for a 1.8m high fence.
• All palings are H3 Tanalised 150 x 25mm Rough Sawn (standard)
• Stainless Steel nails are used.
• Prices quoted include the supply of all materials and fence installation.
• Mowing strips are charged in addition to basic fence costs.
• Special fence post tops are charged in addition to basic fence costs.
• Only quality fencing materials are used.
• Painting or staining is not included in fence quotes.
• Quotes do not include site preparation unless otherwise stated.
• All base prices exclude GST.
