Bay City Fencing & Landscaping (BCFL) has been a trusted family business for over 30 years. We pride ourselves on quality craftmanship and outstanding customer service, some of the many reasons we get a lot of repeat business and referrals. Due to recent expansion and several large-scale projects in the pipeline for 2026, we’re looking to add an experienced landscaper to our growing team.

Ideal Experience in a combination or all of the following areas:

Natural stone paving for outdoor areas (including pool surrounds)

Firepit construction

Block and stone walls

Decking

Softscaping

Fencing – Timber, Aluminium and Colorsteel

Commercial work including Security Fencing and Automated Gates

The Ideal Candidate:

Confident leading projects and training other staff

Able to manage day-to-day site operations efficiently

Machinery skills a bonus e.g. diggers, dingos, etc.

Reliable, professional and takes pride in quality workmanship

We don’t expect you to handle client communications or difficult conversations – our management team takes care of that. We’re simply looking for someone who can run jobs confidently and maintain high standards on-site.
